Vacuum De-Stacker & Stacker System

This system has roller conveyor, auto vacuum mechanical arm, tipping crane, waste conveyor, chain conveyor and manual drawing table.

The timber are divided into A material and B material and put on the roller conveyor separately.
The automatic vacuum mechanical arm lift the timber and drop out the strips into the waste conveyor by tipping crane then put the timber on the chain conveyor.
The chain conveyor feed the timber into the manual drawing table to let the operator to mark the parts on the timber which need to be cut off, then feed the timber into the cut off saw.
